Top Tiger Award

The Top Tiger Award is designed to recognize staff excellence. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to nominate staff members for this award.

Has a staff* member or staff group fostered a culture of support for others, promoted teamwork or campus collaboration, or supported diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives? Did someone make your own work easier to handle? If you have received exceptional service from a staff member or group, please nominate them. Eligible recipients include all full and part-time staff employees.

*Staff refers to personnel employed by the institution for roles other than teaching.

A successful nomination includes 1-2 paragraphs about the exceptional service or contribution that the staff member provided within their unit or to you directly. Drawing from specific examples about the staff members鈥� service provides the committee with a strong understanding of the impact they made and why they are deserving of the award.
