Dr. Keunsu Han is an Associate Professor of Sport Management at Towson University. He was recently a visiting scholar in the School of Interdisciplinary Area Studies and Wolfson College at the University of Oxford, UK and currently serves as a fellow in the China Soccer Observatory at the University of Nottingham, UK. 

Prior to his TU appointment in 2009, he taught various undergraduate and graduate courses and served as a graduate coordinator, and undergraduate and graduate internship director in Sport Management program at East Tennessee State University.

His research interest areas include Sport-Mega Events as Nations' Soft Power Strategy, Sport Volunteerism, ans Task Interdependence and Pay Dispersion in Sports. Dr. Han has published his research in various peer-reviewed journals and made many research presentations at professional conferences. He also recently published his opinion pieces in newspaper, "The Hill."

His papers in 2013 and 2015 were honored for the "best paper award" at the 2013 International Organization of Social Sciences and Behavioral Research (IOSSBR) Conference and 2015 Academic Organization for Advancement of Strategic and International Studies (OASIS) Conference respectively.
